This Contract Administrator position earns a competitive salary of $70,000 - $75,000/year, depending on experience. We also offer medical for which we pay half for the employee, dental, a 401(k) plan for which we contribute 3% even if the employee does not contribute, and TransAmerica supplemental insurance. As our Contract Administrator, you contribute greatly to the development of our business by developing contract proposals to support our growth. You manage the entire life cycle of our contracts, negotiating and approving contract terms and conditions. You ensure that all contracts are reasonable, stay within budget, and abide by local and federal laws as well as that all parties are complicit with the terms.

With attention to detail, you write clear contract letters and other communications. You create regular status reports and keep accurate and up-to-date and records. As required from time to time, you also perform other accounting, financial, and administrative tasks. You get great satisfaction out of using your expertise in accounting and contract administration to help our essential business continue to thrive!


  • 3+ years of experience in contract administration or a related field
  • 3+ years of accounting experience
  • Knowledge about contract law, accounting principles, and finance
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong negotiation and mediation skills

An associate degree in business or accounting and certification as a federal contracts manager (CFCM) is preferred but multiple factors will be taken into consideration. Previous experience as a project manager or coordinating large projects would be an asset! Do you have high ethical standards and respect for confidentiality? Can you work productively both independently and as part of a team? Are you analytical and skilled at problem-solving? Do you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal? Are you able to manage your time well and effectively prioritize multiple tasks? Do you have superior attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies quickly? If so, you might just be perfect for this Contract Administrator position!


The typical work scheduled for this contract administration position is Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM but additional hours may be requred as needed to meet deadlines.
